Three-Year Warranty – All our instruments are covered by a three year limited warranty for workmanship, functionality, and materials. Warranty is based on instruments being properly used, cleaned and maintained per manufacturers instructions. Standard exclusions for insulation and laparoscopic scissors apply. Warranty will be provided upon request.
The manufacturer provides a complete in-house warranty repair and non-warranty repair service.
All instruments are repaired and restored to original manufactures specifications.
All SSI locking instruments have a “ratchet-on-demand” locking feature.
All instruments are rotatable and are provided with flushing capability to assist with cleaning.
All SSI instruments include our patented “Hingeless” direct drive system. This system is dependable and has no small hinges or links.
